Shipping Policy

We deliver and install modular cabinetry across India. Because every piece is made-to-measure, timelines and charges depend on order size, location, and project complexity. The details below apply to standard orders — your designer will confirm specifics in writing before you pay the advance.

We ship pan-India, with installation handled by our in-house teams in metros and trained partner technicians in other cities. For locations not covered by our installation network, we can deliver the units and coordinate with a local fitter at your end.

Standard delivery and installation are free on orders above ₹50,000. For smaller orders or remote locations, applicable charges will be shared on your final quote before you confirm. We do not add hidden fees after order placement.

Once you sign off on the final design and pay the booking advance, most orders are delivered and installed within 7–14 business days. Larger or highly customised projects may take 3–4 weeks. We share a confirmed installation date once your units enter production.

Installation is included with all complete cabinetry orders. Our team will arrive at the scheduled time, install the units, fit hardware, and walk you through care and maintenance before they leave. Please ensure the site is ready (civil work, electrical points, and plumbing done) before the installation date to avoid delays.

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If anything is damaged in transit or missing from the consignment, notify our team within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

While we work hard to meet every committed date, factors like courier disruptions, civic events, or natural conditions can sometimes affect timelines. In such cases, we will keep you informed and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
