Return & Refund Policy

How returns, cancellations, and refunds work for made-to-measure cabinetry.

Overview

Because every cabinet we build is made-to-measure for your space, returns and refunds work differently from off-the-shelf retail. This policy explains when items can be returned, when refunds apply, and how to raise a request. We are committed to making it right if something is genuinely wrong with your order.

Made-to-measure items

Custom cabinetry — kitchens, wardrobes, and any bespoke storage built to your specifications — is not returnable once production has started or after installation, except in the case of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or a deviation from the agreed design. This is standard practice for custom-built furniture and is explained again before you sign off on the design.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before production begins (typically within 48 hours of the booking advance) for a full refund. After production begins, the advance is non-refundable as materials have been committed. If you wish to change the design or specifications, reach out as early as possible and we will accommodate where feasible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your cabinets arrive damaged, are defective, or do not match the approved design, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will inspect the claim and, at our discretion, repair the affected piece, replace it, or refund the relevant amount.

How to raise a return or claim

To raise a return, refund, or warranty claim, reach our customer care team via the contact page or WhatsApp with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We aim to acknowledge claims within one business day and resolve most cases within 7 business days.

Refund timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount is processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account. For cash or cheque payments, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Warranty coverage

All our modular cabinetry comes with a 10-year warranty on materials and workmanship, covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Hardware (hinges, channels, handles) is covered as per the manufacturer's warranty. Damage from misuse, accidents, water ingress, or unauthorised modifications is not covered.
